It is updated for the current release... you can do all those cmds.

Also, if you want someone to have a certain level and all the levels before it, just take the next level number after it and subtract one.

For example, if you want to give somebody 2048 access and everything below it as well, take the next level (4096) and subtract one to get 4095. The level system works in powers of 2 so this math trick makes sense.
