I farm the stranges i dont use by using sandboxie (google it), running multiple accounts on a lan server, removing respawn times and equal teams, and then i get all my alts to run into one corner (+forward; +moveleft) and throw jarate at them constantly with +attack and impulse101 (refills health and ammo)

jarate sits at 1.1 mil

he's not using bots he's using his other accounts (active players) and dousing them up.
The clip sizes on this server is 99, and the range of the lockers covers the entire playing field. My s. madd milk is a little over 5 mil.

You could also go on idle servers, it takes longer than the method mentioned above, though. Also, some idle servers do not allow strange-leveling. If you're looking to do it legitimately, just use the weapon a lot, obviously.

1) type in 'medieval' in server browser
2) join the server called achievement_idle
3) whip out ur s. rocket or s. nade launcher
4) press m1 for 10 minutes
5) get 1000+ kills
