Race, age, nationality, none of those matter. The ability to communicate and comprehend is everything. If a 10 year old can comprehend what I'm saying, and is intelligent enough to not be an annoying prick and listen to what the hell I'm saying, that's fine, I can be cool with that. If a Russian can speak English well enough, or at least comprehend what I'm saying as best they can, and not just ignore something they can't read very well and insist that their shit is better and that I'm wrong and they're right, then fine, I can be cool with that. It's a matter of competence, not age or nationality.

That being said, I fucking hate Russians who can't speak a lick of english, then I spend 30 minutes conversing with them in order to try and see just what the fuck they want, and then have an hour of my life wasted when I find out it's just a lowball and they won't compromise.
