I only wanted one month of premium, so I paid the subscription. Paypal paid the $5, I got the search, all worked fine for 15 minutes. I then went and canceled the paypal subscription, so it wouldn't pay next month unless I wanted it to. However, it then took away my access to the searcher, which is really the only thing that I wanted premium for. Paypal says I don't have my $5 still, so I didn't get a refund or anything, just checked again (half an hour later) Account name is isins.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

The system is automated and you lose access immediately after cancelling. I'll refund the $5 and you can resubscribe if you want. If you don't want to be charged for the second month, you will have to cancel when you are done searching and before the second month begins.

Thanks, came back to post that it looked like the $5 had been refunded, nice to see the issue could be resolved so fast.
