There are plenty of great ones, so I doubt I could pick a favorite. Classics like the original Zelda theme and the Darkworld Theme from Zelda:LttP. The main theme for the Metal Gear Solid series is great and fits it really well. The opening song for Civilization IV was fantastic (and was the first song from a game to get a Grammy). Still Alive from Portal was a great way to finish such an amazing game.

That soundtrack was what was kept me trying to play Super Meat Boy hours after I realised how terrible I was at it.
