Lets say someone uses a certain slur relating to black people. Is that allowed? Or do we report it in 'contact admin' (non emergency)?

Its basically freedom of speech.

I would recommend you use the votekick option within the server. If enough people feel that he is being bothersome with the racial slurs then he will be kicked and temp banned.

If it continues, then I would just post it here.

I know loony2n drops the N-word now and then, tho i dont think he does it intentionally, duplex drops it too, but they arnt in a disruptive nature and let them slide.
I think if they use it for the "wow" factor or use it too often, then their is an issue, If I know them I would drop them a reminder (cept duplex) otherwise reporting it is the way to go.

I've warned Duplex and Looney about it enough.
If I'm on and someone does it I kick them. If they return and start being complete children I temp ban them. I personally take great offense to racial slurs and wont tolerate them.

If no admin is on follow the other post advice and send a contactadmin.
