Should probably have taken that screenshot with the direct hit, cause I can tell you it would be hard to land 3 rockets in one rocket jump on the first try, if you mess up and only graze the sentry the engy will easily get back to repair it before you can jump again, especially with the travel time on normal rockets.

Or they can just have metal glove heavies stand around as meat shield because you physically can't kill them when they're standing by a dispenser.
