cp_gravelpit is a map where players with a clue are separated from the true baddies.

When the defending team isn't running the standard pub defense (5 engineers, 2 scouts, 6 snipers, a demo, and a heavy) they should have someone on the roof of B at all times. Preferably, this person should be a soldier who can do more than dominate the floor with his rockets. When he's not telling shitlord demos and cockgobbling soldiers from the other team to take a seat, he should be spamming rockets at the entrances to B.

At the same time, the team's medic should be nowhere near the front of the building, ever. Medics should play in the shadow of B, and let his teammates come to him for heals. He should look up often to heal the soldier on the roof.

how to pub gravelpit:

on offense: play scout. cap a, stick around c, spawn camp. b has too many sentries, you're useless probably

on defense. kritz demo, kritz soldier, one thousand sentry guns, and roam around the C-B connector as long as there's no sentry guns, taking down rando snipers, spies, heavies, etc
