Every time this person comes to the server, they spam votekick for me. He says I am griefing, but everyone in the server says im doing nothing. I rarely get votekicked, but he spams it 10 times in a row or more til he leaves the server. Nobody passes the vote, but if it rarely does, its annoying to erase my score and temp ban from server.
nesse from {BUTTERFLY} also has the same issue, and he even said in chat, " i dont know why we votekick people, I just like to cause trouble"
I think an admin needs to seriously review the actions of these 2 players, especially KAF and his hundreds of votekicks. I will post screenshots if requested or needed.

You could also provide a date, time, and server. That sometimes helps.

next time they're on and harassing you. Type contactadmin click emergency and say what is happening. DF will be texted and (most likely) will respond shortly.

The server is the 24/7 goldrush TF2 server.
The date and time is right now. I just tried to join, and KAF kicked me. everyone is asking why, he said im cheating/hacking now.
He is not only making my time on the server unenjoyable, he is calling me a cheater making me look bad in front of my friends.

I also typed contact admin, and it said I already did and had to wait an hour.

For future reference imageshack.us is a far better way to link us images. The contact admin thing is either a strange bug or you recently contacted admin regardless sorry your going to have to wait until 1. df gets on the forums and sees this or 2. the cooldown ends and you can use the emergency notification. If you have already used the emergency notification df is aware and will get to it when he can. May i reccomend playing on valve maps 1 or 2 while you wait?

Not on to see justifications, but I've heard him complain about you as well because you were being racist to him. Not defending his actions at all, but this might be some animosity towards things you have said or were saying in voice chat.
I haven't seen any of it and only DF can investigate the logs.

Would you really be suprised if the guy who is claiming he is hacking/cheating and spamming votekick on him tries to get him banned by saying hes saying racist things?

I've seen it and warned the guy tons before. I'm going to go ahead and permban since it's obviously not going to get any better.

DeutscheSoldat is actually a regular on the server, and honestly Ive seen a lot of people make racists comment about him and IMHO hes usually pretty cool about it...
That said, I was on the server and participated on vote kicking this funk guy once yesterday. why?
I had my first encounter with Funk around 4am on the 1st. He killed me, I killed him and so on without exchanging any comments... then he started with annoying vulgar comments out of no where... I was quite pissed off and have to admit I did reply some of my own after I had him dominated.
I didn't care enough to take screenshots or try to vote kick him or anything like that, but it was annoying enough that I would if it kept going on in the future.
Now yesterday I log on in the middle of I guess some kind of argument with Deutsche and him, and with what had happened the night before and knowing Deutsche from seeing him tons of times, I didn't hesitate to second the vote and get it to pass against funk.
When funk came back again, I did mention we should give him a chance to shut up, but the new vote passed anyway.
I find it pretty funny that he actually comes in here acting like such a victim and being all nice.... I think hes trying to pull a fast one on you.
Please unban Deutsche or give him some warning? Or did you already? then maybe a temp ban?
I think funk deserves a temp ban too, kid needs to learn to shut up and not to try to pull fast ones like this on you guys.
