Medic is pretty fun, I won't lie. But yeah, the people that complain about stack usually have no medics and are all spy/snipers. Or the idiot Sold/Demo that complain that there is no medic but wont change to that class themselves.

A few days ago onbadlandsl, as medic, we managed to push forward and secure the first 4 cps. After I stopped playing medic, we got pushed back to our last cp. We suddenly got 4 medics but by that time, it was too late. I just grinned in my drunkeness and enjoyed our own slaughter.

I'm on good terms with them, although I know you've run into issues. Enforcer is a cool and a solid audio engineer, and worm can be good conversation. Pinhead is a team player.

But when it comes down do it, they are a group of people with a tag rather than an actual team or clan.

i'm not in Gol'D nor have i asked about it, but it seems that Gol'D isn't a clan or team or much of anything but a bunch of regulars. Its not like them putting Gol'D before their name makes them anymore or less stack happy. The teams are the same either way.

I love how the people on valve maps #1 shun the people on goldrush and valve maps #2, but if you look the majority of players that were in the highlander group were from goldrush and #2 and the biggest portion of regulars from that went on to become competent competitive teams. I've seen only one team arguably from valve #1 and thats H2O and most of their players aren't from here anyway. Not saying that #1 sucks or anything, but that group happens to be the least proven.

(although i will admit that most of the people that i am calling competent competitive players quit playing on sourceop after a couple months of highlander, so i'm sure that #2 and goldrush are probably pretty awful now)

I just know when I join Valve maps #2 or Goldrush I fucking destroy, much less so on Maps #1.

And I'm also talking about from 6-12 months ago when I played solely on non-arena
