[Tycoon]

My vaccinator isn't cycling at all and underneath the rightmost number which reads how many changes it has are ready, is a greyed out percentage that stays at 0%. It's like the charge identification for regular ubers and kritz is still stuck on when I switch to vaccinator. Most importantly though, it isn't cycling at all.

I've tried:
-- Rebound my attack3 to every different key and scroll function
-- Rebound my attack3 using console
-- Rebound every key for my Steelseries Rival mouse
-- Checked that this isn't a hud-based issue. Rays hud is updated.
-- Verifying cache, installing the latest update
-- Restarted steam and tf2 multiple times

Seriously, what else is there that I can do to fix this?
