Hi, its me again! I recently learned that it was not possible to delete your Source Op account. Now I want to know if it is possible to unlink your Steam account, so I could start a new one. Again, thanks in advance.

When you linked your steam account, it clearly mentioned on the linking page that linking was permanent and that you were sure that you wish to do so.
