Hello, my paypal account was limited, i just registered card, waited for paypal code on my bank account, and i writed it and confirmed my credit card, but why is it still saying my account access is limited? What should i do, or how long should i wait?

The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie.
