Hello SourceOP Community. I am new here and just got registered today. I would like your help to ban someone, who has hijacked my account.

My Account has been Hijacked by a guy on the forums called Plop. He Hijacked my Steam account (I still don't know how) and put my account on his Rep. thread. My account has been stolen a few days ago from this guy. I wrote a ticket to the support team of Valve.
Here's the proof:

(I tried to speak on english. The support answered back on german. And ignore the last post, it was just a question)
Everything went fine. I have my account back now and changed my password.
I asked several people of my "new friend list" (He deleted everyone of my list and added people from transactions). Thanks to them, I could find this rep thread (Thanks to everyone again who helped me a lot ).

The obvious reason why he stole my account is because his old one was probably marked as "Scammer" (I just learned this word today lol). I had no special things in stock in my inventory.

Anyways:

Steam ticket:

There is an attachment in the steam ticket of my CD-Key and ticket ID:

I received an e-mail from the support team after submitting this ticket:

Please tell me if I need more informations to add.

I see that his forum account already has been banned. But I want to "unlock" my steam account from his banned one. Would this work? And why got he banned?
