If anybody watched G-whore(G4TV+M$) the other day and saw their ULTIMATE PC section and tried to pass off this 2000$ POS as 4500$. And not that the ULTIMATE gaming PC could be built for 4500$ anyway. I was so pissed, I designed A REAL ultimate pc:

Hard drive 1: Fujitsu MAX3073RC 73GB 15,000 RPM 16MB Cache Serial Attached SCSI (SAS)

optical-drives: throw some blu-ray drives in it...
Monitors: I figured since you were going all-out you should go all-out with the monitors and pick yourself up a trio of Area-51® m9750 fom alienware with dual-raided solid-state hard-drives, dual NVIDIA® GeForce™ 8700M GT
, Intel® Core™ 2 Duo Processor T7600,4GB Dual Channel DDR2,etc. you should probably get a few plasma-screens in-case you lose all of your laptops, though.
