I have tred many kind of command and it still not macth for my idling . for now i used medic class nad follow by +attack and +left that mean i fire Syringe gun we it run out of ammo I will use Medigun for heal people around me [+left for find target for heal]

so any kind of command that put out Medigun at spawn not need to firing Syringe gun

ps. server that i idling they set spawn time for 20 sec don't worry i will annoying anyone

You don't need to join a team to earn items. When you see the motd, minimize TF2 and stop annoying everyone by running around in spawn.
