So I've been noticing this more and more... for example JUST NOW

Two guys join the trade server. One is wearing a Tyrant's Helm, and the other is wearing a Blizzard Hard Counter (nice hat, wish it was mine, hey what do you want for that hat?)

I WANT SPIKE HORN SOLDR HAT

He trades me after I asked him about it.

(in the mean time the guy with the tyrant helm's trade has been blocked by keeping it open with someone else)

Wouldn't you know it 10 seconds later they trade a tyrant's helm and a blizz hard counter.

Whole server goes nuts.
