I just believe that as a protected subject the gaming industry will have the ability to really focus on what THEY want in the game, not what they can get by with because of crazy parents and such.

To bad being forced to make games with chest high walls, because that one game that had it sold well, or aiming for that console market with their awesome awesomeness for monies still is there. Then again, yay for free/fan made games

sure it's a little bit unsettling, but so is the world in many ways...why is it so wrong to prepare kids for what's out there earlier? not saying that people will be shooting at you all your life, just that, well, it's a nasty place

There's no reason to try and prepare a kid for shit like Duke Nukem forever.

Why would you want your kid to realize that in real life there aren't really any meaningful choices that influence anything overall and the plot is convoluted, not written at all, and doesn't make any sense?

Don't 360's die enough on their own without handing them to children?

Also if you tried to fix your 360 that did die by yourself or any other means than paying microsoft 100 dollars, the recent update bricked your 360 and you're unable to play it and forced to buy a new one.
