I agree 110% and just to add a lil more the people that offer well, then dont follow through and leave u hanging for days while they once again use you as leverage e.g i had a #2 Hotdogger a guy offered me a bud for but had no intention of buying it and strung me round for days! Ruined my chances of any other offers...
