Having that said, I always have to CRTL+ALT+DEL then access my task manager to minimize the game through Windows! Any idea on how to fix this? - thANKS

Can't you just press the Microsoft key...? Also I use windows mode if I want to multitask.

I find when looking at my minimized programs if I put something to the right of TF2 it will alt-tab no problem
