How many players were in the server?

It was full or close to it, so 20+
But it happens independently of that. I get the same thing in 12-person lobbies or even when I'm alone in a server practicing jumps.
94 processes seems like a lot, are there things here that shouldn't be here?

The number of processes you are running is not going to effect your gpu's performance. I really don't understand tf2's netgraphs anymore so I cannot help you with those.
What specifically happens? "Graphic hitches" Don't really help me.

Well it's basically just lag, but I was looking elsewhere and graphics hitch seemed to be the term.
I asked others and the problem seems to be that my roommate is on the same connection as I am. Seems like that would account for intermittent lag spikes.

:/ I have appallingly good internet.
This is very frustrating as I shelled out a lot of cash for a nice laptop and great internet. It was working wonderfully until a couple of days ago.
- Lower graphics does nothing
- Removing firewall does nothing
- Doesn't help when my roommate is off the computer
- Gamebooster doesn't help
- Re-installing didn't help
This is really destroying my TF2 experience.
