I have some problems with the console..
I did this:

Options -> Advanced -> Enable Developer Console
after did I find the key in options, but nothing happends when I pressed it - I changed the key, but still nothing happends..

What can I do?

I had the same problem... are you running Tf2 on a mac? I fixed it just using the default key wich for me is "<"
