I've beat it. First time I played though I got Madagascar but couldn't get Mexico.

Game was easy.. well first time around, I got lucky enough to get madagascar and everything else.

Read the game guide to beating it. After playing a few times and then reading that I realized how stupid the game was and that it's just based on luck if you can win it. Half of the variables don't matter or really seem to affect gameplay at all.
