Ok guys, here is my problem. I have been playing on the SourceOp server that only plays Valve Maps with No Mods. with the current ip address being 74.54.24.194:27015
I played on that server ALL the time, except a few days ago, all of a sudden I couldn't see the server anymore, it dissappeared from my favorites list, and It wont let me join through people on my friends list because it says the server "is not responding" I even tried pinging the ip from windows and it times out every time. Nothing has changed on my computer or Router that I know of.
I'm thinking of re-installing steam and TF2, but I dont see how that would remedy the situation.

UPDATE:
well, I re-installed both steam and TF2, and it still has the same problem. I can't connect to any of the 3 SourceOp TF2 Servers.

Try running a tracert and post the results here.
If you don't know how, click Start > Run > type cmd and hit enter. Then type tracert 74.54.24.194 and hit enter again.

I'm also starting to wonder if the servers themselves are the ones rejecting me, and not my router. any way I got banned or something?

The servers are rejecting your IP. Your IP falls within the range of a hacker's IP that I blocked earlier. This hacker was DoSing the server with several IPs in the same range as yours.
I will unblock your IP specifically. Let me know if it fixes your problem.

Whoa, that's pretty funky, thanks alot for looking into this Drunken. I appreciate it. This group really is awesome. Not only are the people playing on the server cool, but the mods/forum are helpful too.
Gonna test to see If I can connect in a bit.
