i tryed making an account for sserver and it says pass incorrect and i try to change df_remote_port to 2376 and it says connection refused its windows computer and everythings set up right on server and my comp, i need help idk y it keeps doing this

If you change DF_remote_port, you need to do it on the command line otherwise it will be changed too late.
srcds.exe -blahblah +DF_remote_port 2376
As for the pass incorrect, I can't really help there. Check that you set up the user file correctly and in the correct location.
