No, I do the way Census Bureau does. Probably quarterly.

When did you perform this check that claims there are that many unusual hats?

I have reason to think your numbers are invalid.

Perhaps the way you perform you analysis is flawed. I would like to chat with you sometime on Steam if you don't mind.
