My SourceOP TF2 server instantly crashes when someone joins. This started after updating with the new halloween update.

SourceOP has been updated. Get the new version and let me know if it fixes it for you.
You should be able to just get the manual install and just replace the files in the bin folder and DF_funcoffs.txt.

I just did a fresh install of SourceOp 9.3 and it's still crashing.

Same here. Just downloaded the 0.9.3 version 5 mins ago and its crashing on hl2dm also.
And it says "Added on: 03-Oct-2010" under the installer. Is that a mistake or is it not updated?

Looking into it... In the meantime can you confirm you have updated both SourceOP and HL2 Deathmatch today?
TF2 servers with SourceOP aren't crashing.

I just tried a Linux server with hl2mp+SourceOP 0.9.3. Not crashing. Will try Windows next.

Yes, I am also seeing the crash. Seems to only affect Windows. Investigating...
