It appears that it is loading just fine and dandy..
Credits are listed and it notes I'm admin when I join, but no commands are available.

My DF_Admins.txt has:
"SteamID:STEAM_0:0:11364557"
{
baseLevel 131071
}

But nothing seems to work, command-wise.
Example, from ingame console:
[SourceOP] You do not have access to the command e_spawnprop.

I could understand if it didn't read the adminlist or whatnot.. but I see "You have logged in as admin" upper right.. and this is the only thing I've admined for myself.. yet.

Yes, you need the '=' character between baseLevel and the value.
