Hello.

I've been a forum member and participant since 2011 (I have 2 pages of excellent rep), but now I cannot use the trade forums because my steam level is only 5, but have 5 years of service on steam. I only play team fortress (4000 hours +), so it is unlikely that I will reach that level anytime soon. Is there any way you can grant me permission anyway? Thank you. Appreciate any help.

Afraid not, the system is completely automated and would just put you back seeing you don't meet the requirements. That would be like asking valve to make an exception for you in their yearly events that require steam level 8 and above. Why exactly cant you reach level 8?
