Prior to opening this support request, I had started a new rep thread:

I prefer to still use the old one if possible so the new one can be safely deleted and/or merged.

Rep thread has been merged into 1. The only thing you have to do is update your first post with your 'previous' new reputation thread. (your own ID info, etc)
