Hey, just today I donated some money to you guys, and I was eagerly awaiting to use my reserved slot. However, I made a dumb mistake when donating and accidentally mistyped my in-game name. Now I don't have my reserved slot.
When I donated, I said my in-game username was [CAG_S] Darthbudge, however, my actual in-game username is [CAG-S] Darthbudge.
Is it possible that a admin could fix this issue so that I could receive my reserved slot?

I believe it goes by Steam ID and not name.
Can you still connect? It doesn't work until the map reloads either.

Nobody is correct. Also make sure you are using the slot correctly.
From the front page (SourceOP.com):
When is my reserved slot activated?
After you have donated, your reserved slot will be activated once the server changes or reloads the map.
How does it work?
After donating, your name and SteamID is entered into a database. When the server changes or reloads the map, it grabs your name and SteamID from the database. Then, your reserved slot will be activated. If you join while the server is full, the server will kick the player who is performing the worst (determined by number of kills and kpd ratio) to make room.
How do I use my reserved slot?
1. Start TF2
2. Enable the console
3. Open the console by pushing the ~ key.
4. Connect to the server using the connect command.
To connect to the valve maps server, type:
connect 74.54.24.194
To connect to the instant respawn 2fort server, type:
connect 74.54.24.200
To connect to the 26 player 2fort server, type:
connect 74.54.24.198
Why do I have to use the console?
If you try using the Steam server browser to connect and the server is full it will wait until a slot is open before trying to connect. This is why you must type the connect command manually.

You donated three dollars.
I don't mean to come off as greedy or ungrateful, but the system is setup to recognize only larger donations. If you pick any of the default options, you'll be fine.

Sorry, three dollars was all I had in my paypal account at the time. I figured any amount was acceptable to get a reserved slot, I had planned on donating more money whenever I got it.
Was $10 then the minimum needed to get a slot?

If/when you donate more, it will add it to your old donation so you'll be fine.

Ya, the script had a problem connecting to Paypal to verify your donation. I went ahead and manually added you in. Same thing for Spedmaster[KiS].
