I donated a good amount on behalf of myself and another player in order to get a reserve slot. While my slot works perfectly, I added the second players information in the comments section but his reserve slot does not function at all.
Please let me know if this was overlooked or on purpose so I can get this straightened out for him. Having to wait 20 mins in line to get into a (great) server to play with friends is never fun.
Plus hes my medic XD
His player info can be found here

Thanks on behalf of all of Rocket Science for the great servers and service!

This player isn't in the database. I looked and I don't have a PayPal receipt for it either. Do you have a transaction ID?

So it looks like you didn't enter the information where you needed to. You added the person who was to receive the slot in the comments field instead of the SteamID field on the donation page.
Anything you enter in the comments field is ignored. What counts is what you enter here:

I'll still take a transaction ID if you have it.

Right, because I was donating for two people in 1 transaction

Because of above. 1 transaction, 2 people. Wasn't sure if donating twice would cause issues or that person would somehow see my CC info.

Well that explains it

You can't donate for two people in one transaction. I need each donation/slot to have a transaction ID associated with it. So I guess I can refund you part of your original donation or something so that you can donate again correctly. Alternatively, you can just donate again.
Putting somebody else's information in the SteamID or name field will not reveal to them any information.

Alright, I sent a partial refund. Redonate with the other person's information in the SteamID and name field.
