The issue is not if the rules were broken. It's the warning some player and not warning others. What Skunk is trying to point out here is not her has been punished and never received a warning for any of his actions while others have. If a warning would of given at any of the about examples he would of stop, as most people tend to do.

The main issue here is despite the rules being in a nice, written form for months now, with me spamming the link every time someone did something stupid there are STILL people that don't get it.
I know I'm ruining his image here, but Butane isn't omniscient. When someone uses the contact admin form or yells at him on steam he knows there's an issue. Otherwise, bitching about how things don't get caught/addressed and at the same time bitching that when he's on the server he actually enforces rules is dumb. And when he's enforcing the rules on the same players who keep breaking the rules - When you've been kicked/gagged/whatever for breaking a rule before a logical response would be to read the rules and attempt not to break them again.
tl;dr - nope.

The things I was doing to be kicked (not including this one gag here) were not against the rules. Also, no one else is kicked or banned or gagged for the same exactly rules.

First rule in the list of rules. If you were kicked for it before, as I said, you should have probably figured it out the first time. And warning is a courtesy - the rules have been spammed often enough (and in an annoying enough manner) that ignorance of them doesn't mean you deserve a warning. Especially when the rule list is as basic as it is.
With the anarchy that was PH six months ago it's clear that Butane is doing a good job and his judgement on who to kick/ban/gag/slay/look at disapprovingly is without reproach.

And yes, it's been six months since the admin team decided they needed to babysit PH because none of you could figure out how to use contact admin. Judging by one of your complaints is 'well no one else gets kicked for it' I assume 1. you still don't know how and 2. you still haven't read the rules, because that complaint is explicitly addressed in it.

The main issues here is that he is giving warnings to some players and not warning others when they are all doing the same thing. Every instance could of been avoided if he would of given everyone the same warning. Either everyone should get a warning or no one should get a warning, not this pick and choose crap. For example I swear and cuss all the time over VC on the PH server and the only time anything was ever said to me by Butane was one time when I was drinking while I was playing. And that was to ask me to cut back on the drinking. Never have I been warned when calling someone a noob or worse. Consistency is the main problem here.

From now on no one gets a warning.
