Hi guys,

I hope someone can help, last november 2012 I traded with a guy who seemed legit, I traded a fair amount buds keys as i was cashing out

about 1-2 months ago (its been 5 months lol) he has now charged me back,

I have taken screen shots of the traded items and match the dates on my paypal, but i cant find away of linking his steam account to paypal

anyone have any more advice I can do would really appreciate it as my paypal balance is "very negative" and they say they cant do anything
