Hi, I just joined SourceOP and hope I'm posting this in the right section. I submitted a donation earlier today, joined a SourceOP server when it had free slots and played a bit. Then when I tried to rejoin when it was full I couldn't. Does it take long to activate the reserved slot please?

when you connect to the server you have to type the command into the console or it will not activate your reserved slot. connect >the ip of the server<

Yes I did it through the console as well. Unless you mean joining the server normally, and then connecting to it while I'm in it already?

Changes to reserved slots are supposed to take place after a map change. How long it takes after payment is beyond me. You donated $10+ correct? Did you enter your steamid correctly? Either way I can't help you with this you will have to wait for DF to come and fix it for you.

It's OK I just ran into DF and realised what happened. Unfortunately I donated a pittance and so I don't qualify for a reserved slot. That's OK, although I only did so since it was an available option, so it was quite misleading. Also, since I joined the forums I did not know that it took $10 to actually qualify for it. So thanks for the replies, problem 'sorted'
