Update the MOTD to include some basic rules, and at round start send a global message on the server with a link to a sticky on here with the rules. Sorted.

Yeah that is obviously what I was suggesting. After all cheating and what are arguably exploits are the same exact thing. I can't tell you how many times this exploit completely ruined the game for me.
