Private FKN Messages
#1

If you accept my bid, don't send me a private fucking message - post in the thread you created.

Who checks the threads they make bids in?
I do.

Who notices PMs?
I clearly don't.

PM 1 "OK I accept your offer"
PM 2 ( 90 minutes later) " Sorry, sold it to someone else"

how about a whole separate forum? it probably wouldn't cost them anything more than the time setting it up and transferring all the posts.

For the millions of $$$ that flow thru the items section they don't support the servers or forums via donations, unless you want to pay for it.

what I meant was that they're already paying for hosting/bandwidth for these forums and for tf2items.com... putting the forums on a different domain wouldn't cost them any more than they're already paying. It shouldn't make much difference financially which domain the forum for tf2items resides on, but it'd be nice to separate them. I've donated more than once, and more than the minimal amount each time, so don't go busting my balls. I'd have done it more if I didn't quit TF2 for several months.

I asked DF a few weeks ago, he said no plans. Also, was not busting your balls, just raging at the items section lack of care over it.

put on a $0.01 transaction fee for everything conducted on this site, and offer some sort of streamlined trading system to make it better than everyone else.

A thousand trades a day is ten bucks, and I feel like that's probably a pretty low estimate. And who needs that penny?

I just wish the tf2items forum was completely tied into tf2items.com

I was a commando you know.
