Some of you may have noticed that valve updated Portal today. The update was

Changed radio transmission frequency to comply with federal and state spectrum manage

Seems they added a load of hidden radios and a new achievement. Been following this topic on the steam forums.

Strange, huh? Confused the crap outta me when i saw it updating.

You'll notice the radio will have a red light on it now. Pick up the radio, go through the first portal and then stand on the button (still holding the radio). The light will go green, a new achievement will unlock and the music will change to Morse code.

I dunno, if you read some of the text extracted from the BBS number we found, it seems he dodged death somehow. Perhaps with a backup.

I finally had to sleep at 7:30am (9 hours after the update!) so i might have missed something in the past 5 hours while i slept though. Trying to skim through the threads, doesnt seem like alot has been achieved since though.

My guess like a lot of others is......this is a hint that portal 2 is coming soon, something about march 11th people are saying is the date of announcement......
