This player entered the game on the SourceOp 2Fort 24/7 No Mods No BS server. He assumed the names of multiple other players to instigate errant votekicks against them. Somehow he managed to avoid votekicks (even after the player he assumed the name of had been kicked)

He is an obnoxious person and is intentionally ruining the game for people who aren't even talking to him. (Note: I was talking to him, but Syllen, who has never been kicked EVER ended up being votekicked because of this nonsense)
Please ban him for this obnoxious behavior, it is ruining the server
