I'm Major Mario and I've played on the SourceOP 24/7 2Fort map for a couple years. Being that I have no life, I've put in over 58 days on the server. There's been plenty of people who have really annoyed me, but none of them have gone as far as to harass me. I'm here to talk about a player who goes by many names such as "todd/grill/newbie/im new/etc" (His first official name, when run through the "names" command, is Timmyt​ and hardly ever wears any cosmetic items besides the ghastly gibus to fool people. That's not a problem, and hell, that's actually quite crafty, but once he kills me as any class he taunts and types in things like "lel/lol/get rekt" and other colorful things. This behavior seems to be especially for me, as he never exhibits this harassment towards any other player to my knowledge.

Now, I've done plenty of things here to try and correct this on my own. At first I tried to just kill him back and treat him like another ordinary player, but I was unable to do so. I tried asking him politely to stop, to which he replies in the same trollish manner as above. I've resorted to leaving the server whenever the player appears on the server because I know he goes right for me and harrasses me. I want to play on the server, but I don't want to be harassed by this player and be forced to stay inside my base or leave the server.

Hell, I even made a profile just to post here and address this problem. I've tried all that I can to stop this harassment, but nothing helps. I hope that an admin or moderator can help resolve this problem.

Unless you have a demo, we cant do much after the fact if we do not see it ourselves. Also, you lack an id32/id64 to identify the user so we can keep an eye out for him. As for the behavior you described saying "lel/lol/get rekt" even if just at you is something by itself we would not do anything about. To get the users id32:
-Activate the Dev Console https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki...er_Console
-When the user is on the server, open the console and type "status" then you can copy/paste the users name/id32

1) mute him! now you'll just get killed by him without having to read his trollbait

Read the rules nerd (more than just the rock one), the guy can technically be breaking two, depending on the severity.


Which, as Butane said, without a demo or a admin contact at the time of the trolling/harassment/whatever we can't do anything about. Feel free to add one of us (Skyrider or I tend to play on the server more than these two, but they work too) and ping us if we're on and its happening.

Or use the "contact admin" , by simply typing "contact admin" in the chat, while you are ingame.

I had to log in just because I'm so amazed at the hypocrisy of your post. Never heard of that Timmyt guy and he does sound like a douche. But you've done the same kind of stuff, just worse, to me for years.

You constantly bashed me for my service in the Air Force for starters. Saying things like "really making the Air Force proud, mike, pretty pathetic" whenever I would snipe and then taunt you because of the crap you say to me. Constantly bashed me for my YouTube videos, coming over the mic out of no where trying to get my attention and then just talk shit about my videos which has nothing to do with anything. Countless games where you would say that. I would always ask you "And?" and you would just say "It just bugs me how shitty they are" etc. And you would always talk shit about my playing style and people that were friends with me that were medics.

So you come on here complaining because a guy says "rekt" after he kills you? You sure like to dish but you hate to take, huh?
