Link in signature leading to a completely different URL for no apparent reason.
#1

No matter how many times I edit it, when I link my rep thread ( http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/12719...rep-thread )in my signature, it links back to my first rep thread ( http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/12365...rep-thread ). I can't understand why, since they're completely different URL's. What can I do to fix this?

Edit:

You'll notice that both links above work just as they should, while my signature does not. Copy/ pasting the signature URL as plain text leads me to the correct thread.

I've peaked at your signature code:
Code:
SOP rep:  [ URL="http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/123658-samhudson333-s-rep-thread"]http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/127197-samhudson333-s-second-rep-thread[/URL]

And it pretty much explains why. The first URL, is the page it goes to. While the second URL in the code is what text it'll display on the forums. The display text is correct, while you never changed the URL the user goes to, as such they still go back to your old rep thread.

Code:
SOP rep:  [ URL="http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/127197-samhudson333-s-second-rep-thread"]http://forums.sourceop.com/threads/127197-samhudson333-s-second-rep-thread[/URL]
^ 2 same URL's.. that's what you need. Though remember that in the beginning I put a space between [ and URL=" so I can show you the proper code.

Thanks a lot for the help. I don't recall ever putting in code, so I'm not sure how that happened. I'll fiddle with it now, and try to get it to work.

Edit: Worked perfectly, see you on hexide!
