Speed , quick access , also wireless . I use the Razer Naga Playing intense games for quick weapo and item access WHILE keeping my finger on the trigger at all times it's the Razer's. Extra buttons comfortable mouse and tons of programmable features.

I just switched to a Razer Deathadder. I'd heard so much about this mouse and how amazing it was and after three months of owning it I still hate it. I don't know if I'm one of the few people that must have some weird mouse sensitivity they require to play or if the mouse and the software required to configure it sucks.
I'm not saying anything bad about the Naga because if you play any MMORPG/RTS game that thing is god.

The Razer Naga feels better to me than any mouse I've ever used. I don't even use any of the macro keys on the side. The sheer feel of the mouse is just so natural to me. Just my $0.02.
