I know there was no scene for it, but it was a scene of a clip shown when you are the Soviets at the start, I added it coz it just looks cool and I love Tesla coils and the 'Indigen' thing was made by pixar, if you go onto there website I think it should be there...

It was from Red Alert. The expansion called AfterMath added them to the game.

You couldn't build the coils till the expansion. They came with the Tesla Tanks as well.

Tesla coils were in Red Alert. You didn't need the expansion. Afterall, I made a page dedicated to Red Alert on my old website back in the 90s.
