They're also the ones you'll see driving up the prices of all your favourite paints/tags/gift wrap. They're also much more likely to go sharking since they won't have the moral compass of someone slightly older. They don't think about the implications of their actions properly.

MOST of the hats which get hacked end up in the Eastern markets for a while before being returned to the western market, since we're all so uptight about that sort of thing.
