Kinda sucks that my first post has to be like this...

I was messing around during the "Waiting for players" stage after a map change and changed classes too many times. Now I'm banned from all SourceOP servers. I wasn't aware of any restrictions on that, otherwise I would not have done it. Can you please remove my ban?

BTW, it auto bans you because spamming that command used to/perhaps still does lag servers.
