You didn't ask for the reason I didn't want to make an L4D2 version. You just immediately jumped to the conclusion that I only cared about making plugins for money.
There are subtle differences in the L4D2 version of the engine and I don't have an environment set up to compile with these differences. Sure, it probably wouldn't take a whole lot of time but I have other commitments in my life that prevent me from getting to it. The demand isn't high enough to justify making this high priority. Prove me wrong and perhaps I'll get around to it sooner.
You're welcome to think I am a jerk, though I think it's unfounded. Also, nobody threatened to ban you.

I assume he's asking about this because of a recent influx of DoS attacks on competitive L4D2 servers--which appear to me to use the same methods as the DoS attacks DAF blocks.
I work on various extensions/plugins for L4D2 servers and I'd really be interested in porting your DAF. I'm pretty familiar with the L4D2 hl2sdk, but I don't really know anything about the DoS attacks.
I'd really like to port DAF if you're not interested. A lot of people are getting tired of the daily DoS attacks. If you think you can help us out let me know!
