I've seen this before on you tube but was never able to see it in person or build the tele exit myself in the spawn, but here it is on the instant spawn 2 fort server from this morning..

I didn't look in that video itself but know how it's done. :X You just need a lvl1 sentry below the drop off point on the second spawn and jump+duck+build while standing on it and then after a few tries you should have one built. :X I'm betting there is also a way to get an exit by the main spawn itself without it destroyed as I was able to do it and teleport via my own stuff but didn't test if another could do it or not and then I forgot how I did it so it stayed for even myself to use it. :X Another interesting fact.. if the opposite team is hard core camping to the point where you can build under there grate.. you can do the same setup and build an exit tele on top of there grate.

Inside the bases doors.. you can do the setup and build a dispenser but no teleporter on top of the persons sniper deck lol.. I still don't get why I can do one and not the other.

Indeed, but in all fairness the sniper softened him up a bit before I got to him

i've seen it done from inside spawn, also. dunno how that works. i know xbox 360 and ps3 versions of TF2 still have a lot of bugs that PC one doesn't, however, I am not certain if the person I saw do it was playing on one of those platforms, and I suspect he wasn't, so ..

Following Stephy's tips, I went out and successfully posted the exit in spawn (pc based since that's all I play). Was strikingly easy to do.

I too have seen a rise in this practice as well, the griefers usually communicate via Vent, with one being an engineer and the other a spy, when called on it will initiate votes to kick the people that spotted them with false allegations.
So until Valve fixes this I've made "Contact Admin" my homepage in Internet Explorer so the steam web browser automatically goes there. (Some of the time typing "contact admin" doesn't bring up the form), taking screenshots and recording demos. :?
Just last night there was one griefer team that invaded the spawn room while the other quit being engineer and became a medic. :x

If the window comes up, but it's the wrong page, it's probably just loading the contact admin page.

I just saw another easier way to do this on youtube. :X You don't even need the sentry for this as what he did was duck and just walk back and I guess held the build button and it built and then he dropped to the floor.

Sometimes nothing happens at all, but its ok since I can always use the Steam browser.
One question while we are on the subject, when I type "Contact admin" can everyone read it? I don't want to be tipping off the griefers and give them time to destroy the evidence.
