I'll post here what I sent in response to the email:

I would say it's inconclusive.

For example, 12 seconds in he doesn't react to the pyro until it's visible. And at 1:55 there's a heavy about to come through the door that he doesn't seems to know about.

Most of what he has done can be explained by using sound and being aware of your surroundings. For example, at 0:34 where he is waiting for the heavy. He can easily know it's there because of sound.

Exits from the sewer at 0:31 and 0:54 are suspicious, but I don't think it's enough.


Also, I completely agree with Hell-met. If he isn't cheating, then his awful attitude is enough of a reason to ban him.
