I play on the sourceop prop hunt server pretty often. I go on there today and start arguing about petty stuff with some dude. Not that many players on, maybe 6, I get votekicked. Whatever, I come back in start playing normally, don't even talk to the guy who votekicked me. However, he votekicks me again, and again, and again. I changed my name and pic in hopes of him maybe forgetting. But he stalked me and then votekicked me again. I can't even play on the server without getting kicked. What's worse is he has all his friends in the server motioning the vote to kick.

Is this even allowed? Isn't this votekick abuse?

But yes. Constant votekicking is not allowed unless there's a very good reason for it.

Okay please let me justify myself.

First off, no they was not my friends they were random people also playing, who also agreed with the motion.



The reason we called votekicks was because you was discriminating against other players, such as calling German players "Nazi's" and more, which in fact according to the rules is violating the Racism/Sexism rule, which is a 1 week ban and if it continued a lifetime ban.

Also you was microphone spamming which is also against the rules which we all politely asked you to stop but you continued to disrespect everyone on the server and continue microphone spamming, which is a warning at first and then a life time ban.

And the reason we repeatedly vote kicked was because everytime we motioned a votekick you would leave the server and rejoin which makes the votekick void so you wouldn't be kicked at all and then proceeded to insult everyone for trying to votekick you out, which also violates the rules for 'Abusing the votekick system' because you was misusing the mechanics of the votekick system which is a warning and then a 1 week ban.

Also once you got tired of griefing the server, you continued to harass me outside of the server such as sending group invites like "u mad bro" which was a failed attempt to troll, also the reason we found out once you changed your name that it was still you was by using the "names <username>" feature which is on the server, and also because you continued to make offensive remarks.

So if you weigh up everything you've done, I have not abused the votekick system in anyway, it was in fact you who was exploiting the mechanics of it which forced everyone on the server to repeatedly try and votekick you in an attempt to stop you from harassing, insulting and being discriminatory towards other players.

I suggest next time you try not to make yourself out to be the victim because you are trying to get legitimate players banned, furthermore I have not even seen you connect online since that incident so much for
