I am having issues with my Global Ranking resetting. It appears that it occurs every time I disconnect and reconnect to Sourceop servers.
The problem did not occur during last season (spring) and as far as I know other players are not experiencing the issue.
Hope someone can help me resolve the issue.

This used to happen to me when I used to vie for top 10 in global ranks, if I got disconnected sometimes I would lose like 500-1000 points that I had just made in-game.
Well actually, it was just never updated in global ranks.
Frustrating but I thought it happened to everybody

If I change teams then my new team will start winning which means that players from the team I left will either quit or join my new team.
This means I will once again be on the stacked team and my stats will keep resetting.
I guess I am screwed.
Isuxdix, it didn't happen to me at all last season. Now this season I can't keep any global stats. In the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter (my sourceop stats are unaffected) but I would like to know what is causing the problem and a possible solution.

Thank you very much for this detailled information. Until today
we had no good starting point to investigating in this issue, since
this is almost not explainable. However today we *think* we have
got this issue: It seems good medic players were penaltize by our
security system and get deleted. This happens if a medic has less
kills and high skill points.
We hope this should fix this issue and you can compete in the new
season starting next week again! We apologize for any inconviences
this might have caused!

well that explains it, I played medic a whole hell of a lot when I was point hoarding.

I just play it because I love the class (630 hours) but had no problems until recent.
I did noticed that in one day after the fix I shot up 400,000+ ranks. I could see were that maybe a problem and the reason why my stats kept getting erased.
Also, I never see you on. What servers do you play?
